Sometimes life becomes really hard and challenging and we find ourselves struggling to cope. Whatever prompts you to seek support you can be assured that you will be listened to in confidence, with care and without judgement.

Services for Children

 

My training and experience have given me an in-depth knowledge of child development with an understanding of theories of neuroscience and how early life trauma can affect the developing brain.

Life Story Work

​

 It has long been my belief that there is a need to provide adopted, Special Guardianship and looked after children with a good quality, accurate and meaningful understanding of their life and experience through life story work/books.

Clinical Supervision

We all carry our own ‘internal supervisor‘ and are often too critical and unforgiving of our own mistakes. Without support, even very competent, experienced practitioners can feel isolated and become overwhelmed.

I am a registered and accredited therapist (MBACP) and a Member of the British Psychological Society (MBPsS).

I am a passionate, creative and value led integrative therapist who creates environments where a person's needs can be sensitively met whilst providing confidentiality and remaining non-judgemental.

​

I provide counselling and therapeutic services to adults, children and young people.  I am committed to a total quality of care where people are actively involved in the counselling they receive and are encouraged to explore and resolve their concerns.
